How It Works

The BREATHE Collective is designed to support both reflection and action—because you need both. Each month, you’ll move through a rhythm that helps you reset, realign, and move forward with intention—while staying connected to your mental and emotional well-being.

WEEK 1

The BREATHE Masterclass

Each month, we'll unpack a new element of the proprietary B.R.E.A.T.H.E. Framework. This on-demand masterclass is your deep dive into the practical tools and mindset shifts you need to operate with more intention.

WEEK 2

The Clarity Clinic

This is your live 90-minute group coaching session. Bring your real-world challenges, get unstuck, and gain the clarity you need to move forward with confidence, guided by Dr. Mimms.

WEEK 3

The Purposeful Pause

This isn't a week off; it's your week to apply. You’ll receive guided prompts and self-care invitations designed to help you integrate the month's theme into your real life. This is your chance to practice and reflect on your own time, without the pressure of a live meeting.

WEEK 4

The Purposeful Plan

Join our live 60-minute guided workshop to reflect on the month and intentionally plan for the one ahead. Using my proprietary Priorities & Progress Planning Tool (or your own favorite planner), we'll check in on your goals and create a clear, manageable plan that respects both your ambition and your well-being.

This space is guided by a licensed psychologist and certified coach with nearly 20 years of experience supporting Black women across clinical, professional, and community settings.
