ABOUT THERAPY & COACHING

  • Therapy focuses on emotional healing, mental health, and processing stress, trauma, grief, burnout, or major life transitions. It is reflective, grounding, and rooted in evidence-based approaches.

    Coaching focuses on personal growth, alignment, and forward movement. It helps you understand why you overwork, strengthen boundaries, clarify your values, and create sustainable success and wellbeing.

    If you’re unsure which path fits best, we can discuss this during your complimentary consultation.

  • You may need therapy if you are experiencing:

    • Anxiety, burnout, emotional overload

    You may need coaching if you want to:

  • No. I do not provide therapy and coaching at the same time.

    Therapy and coaching are ethically and legally separate services.

    We can talk through your goals to determine which path is most supportive.

PRACTICAL DETAILS

  • I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

    I also accept CareCredit, which can be used for both therapy and coaching.

  • Yes.

    • Therapy: In-person and virtual therapy for clients located anywhere in California.

    • Coaching: In-person and virtual coaching for clients inside and outside of California.

    This flexibility supports professional, high-achieving Black women and others with demanding schedules.

    • Therapy sessions: 50–55 minutes

    • Therapy intensives: Extended sessions available (half-day and full-day options)

    • Coaching sessions: Session length varies based on the package and needs of the client (e.g., standard sessions, intensives, or VIP days)

  • Therapy Fees

    • Individual Therapy (50–55 minutes): $200 per session

    • Couples Therapy (50-55 minutes): $250

    Coaching Fees

    Coaching fees vary depending on the program or package. Full details are discussed during the complimentary Success & Sanity Strategy Call to ensure you receive the support that fits your goals and needs.
